With over 23 years of home building experience, Joe Wesner personally ensures each custom-built home meets and exceeds the expectations of every buyer. By building only a few homes per year, Joe communicates rapidly to address every buyer's needs and concerns.

After graduating from The University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Business and Public Administration, Joe went to work for Texas Instruments. He decided the corporate world was not for him after friends got him interested in new home construction. He accepted a position with a volume builder and began to learn the business, successfully overseeing hundreds of new homes in various construction management positions for both volume and custom home builders in the Dallas area including David Weekly, Huntington and Paul Taylor Homes.

Joe Wesner then formed his own company, Wesner Custom Homes, LLC to meet the needs of people wanting a high-quality home built with the personal attention and caring that only the company owner can provide.

Joe is involved in all aspects of the construction process of each new home from helping customers select a lot, to designing their plans, to the final walk-through with each homeowner. Currently is a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Dallas, the Texas Association of Builders, and the National Association of Home Builders, Joe became one of only a handful of professional builders nationwide to attain a Graduate Master Builder (GMB) designation identifying him as one of the building industry's top professionals. To become a GMB, a builder must have a minimum of ten years experience, and must have attained the Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) designation with the National Association of Home Builders which requires the completion of 54 hours of continuing education in homebuilding, an intensive series of five, six-hour courses on business management techniques, and the newest trends and technology in the building industry.
